The National University of Lesotho invites tender proposals from locally registered, reputable and experienced companies for provision of cleaning services at Roma campus. The total area is about 18,700m2 comprising separate facilities.
- Potential bidders are required to provide the following primary documents, failure of which shall result in their disqualification from tendering.
(a) Certified copies of Company Registration/Certificate of Incorporation and Tax Clearance certificates
(b) Audited Financial Statements for the past two years
(c) Certificate of Attendance of a compulsory pre-bid meeting.
(d) Refundable Security Bid of M5,000.00
- Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are obtainable from the
Procurement Office at Roma Campus from Wednesday 18th July
2018 at M200.00, to be deposited into NUL account at Standard
Lesotho Bank, Account No: 9080001407356, Branch code 062067.
- A compulsory pre-bid meeting shall be held at NUL, Roma Campus on Thursday 19th July 2018 at 10.00am.
- The closing date for submission of tenders is Thursday 2nd August 2018 at 1500hrs.
Proposals must be in specified format ONLY. NUL reserves the right to reject tenders that do not conform to the format specified.
