Overall, the first quarter of 2018 saw an upward trend in talent acquisition across many sectors. While we anticipated this to further increase going into quarter two, that was not the case. If you missed our Q1 Report, check it out here!

There has been a continuation of high demand for health related roles along with clerical roles that saw the health sector hiring in numbers.

More so, proactive initiatives by the government and its international partners had a boost on various sectors while at the same time introducing new trends in the recruitment industry. Most organizations have put online applications in place and only need some time to grow and gain more acceptance.

Perhaps the best thing for professionals to do is to get ahead of the curve by understanding trends that are shaping how companies recruit and getting ahead of them.

Looking at the data from our analytics and job opportunities we curated and shared on this platform, these were the top recruiting organizations in the past quarter:

  1. ICAP at Columbia University
  2. Government of Lesotho
  3. Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF)
  4. Tsebo Facilities
  5. Lesotho Millennium Development Agency (LMDA)
  6. National University of Lesotho (NUL)
  7. UN Agencies
  8. PSI Lesotho
  9. Lesotho Highland Development Authority (LHDA)
  10. Land Administration Authority (LAA)

It’s important to keep a pulse on the job market and look at new opportunities to advance your career, hence we offer various resources to make it happen. Shutting out the job market may mean missing out on important opportunities for career growth.
