Learning and Development Manager at AVANI


Main purpose of the job

Reporting to the human resource manager, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure that the region has the right skills and competencies to meet business objective through appropriate learning and development solutions.


Education, experience and competencies required:

  • Huma Resources Development Degree / Training Management Degree
  • A post-graduate training and development qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Proven experience in the implementation of change management programmes
  • Experience in a Hospitality or Tourism environment will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate – excel, word, and power point
  • Facilitation, coaching, presentation skills required
  • Ability to conduct research and development
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership skills
