Hi Heroes! We’re trying to add even more opportunities under International Jobs. While we have skeptics towards that, we’re focusing more on jobs from equal opportunity employers in South-Africa. Those are employers who agree not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age. Take a minute to check out improvements in that category.

The fact is we all care about our careers and all strive towards building a happy, satisfying and successful life. I can hardly think of why any of us wouldn’t want to advance or at least make progress in our personal and professional lives.

James Manktelow in his work on Personal Development Plan argues that another part of this involves making sure that one possesses needed skills to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. As you can see it’ll definitely take a systematic approach to developing your skills. And the thing that readily comes up is that there’s a need for the creation of a personal development plan.
