Expression of Interest – Large Diamond Recovery Project (LDRP)

Letšeng Diamond Mine (Letšeng) invites expressions of interest from Lesotho registered companies with XRT process plant design experience for a pre-feasibility study, to be followed by a bankable feasibility study and detailed design and construction management of a Large Diamond Recovery Plant (LDRP). The Plant will be situated on the Letšeng diamond mine site in Mokhotlong district. The capacity of the plant will be determined during the study but will not be less than 200 tons per hour. Key components of the plant will be:

• Front-end
• Conveying systems
• Feeders
• Sorting machines (XRT technology)
• Crushers
• Screens
• Diamond Recovery equipment
• Security system

PRESCRIBED FORMAT OF SUBMISSION

Interested companies are requested to submit a company profile indicating:

• Company name
• Registration number
• Names of directors
• CVs of key employees (e.g. Engineers and Managers)
• Years of experience in process or mining related field
• List of projects incorporating XRT sorters
• List of major projects completed and their value
• List of current projects and their value

SUBMISSION

Submissions must be made in HARD COPY in sealed envelope bearing no identity of the company, and marked “EoI for LDRP”. The sealed envelopes must be submitted to Letšeng Diamond, Letšeng Diamond House, Crn. Kingsway and Old School Roads, Maseru Lesotho or Letšeng Diamond Mokhotlong site.
