Executive Sous Chef required for 4 Star Hotel Group in Lesotho.

Must have formal qualifications.

Will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the management of two Hotels.

An essential part of the responsibilities will be the training and development of local Kitchen staff.

An initial six (6) month will be offered, pending the approval of a work permit the status will become permanent.
