Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee supervision of bar and recreation staff members
• Supervise stocktaking on a daily basis
• Responsible for all stock and cash assignments
• Supervise stocktaking during shift handovers
• Reconciliation of cash balances and stock sold
• Enter balances on daily sales stock sheet
• Work out consumption and the GP%
• Identify fast moving items
• Monitor stock levels, and order stock on weekly basis
• Check any shortages on goods received
• Daily banking must balance against stock sheet sales
• Stock Layout, bar presentation and cleanliness
• Do stock rotation. First in, first out

• Have working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes
• Must have a good command of the English and Sesotho
• Must be clean, smart and well presentable
• Must be a Lesotho National
Qualifications • Certificate in Hospitality or Hotel Management + 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Previous Bar-tending and Food & Beverage Experience
